The email address
This page collects one thing, and only if you choose to give it: an email address, when you join the waitlist. It goes to Buttondown, the service that sends the mail, and it is used for one purpose, telling you when your invite is ready. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in that email. Your address is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
The birthday
The birthday you type into the calculator is different, and it is worth being precise about. It is read by code running inside your own browser and is never sent to us or to anyone else. Nothing about it is stored, and it is never attached to your email address. This page sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

What this notice does not cover
Asteryn is in a closed, US-only alpha. This notice describes this public page and nothing else. A full privacy policy covering the app will be published before Asteryn opens to everyone.
